The Launching Ceremony of the publication titled "Research Update (ISSN 2791-1225 print; 2791-1233 online)" was held on 16 August 2022, at the DIU premises at Daffodil Smart City, Ashulia, Dhaka. The newly established Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) of Daffodil International University organized the launching ceremony as the owner of this scholarly publication. The Honorable Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. M. Lutfar Rahman and Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. S.M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder of DIU, along with other dignitaries, unveiled the publication.

The publication highlights DIU's overall research strength, international research networking and research trends in different disciplines; international research directions and latest innovations; promising funded research projects of DIU; and potential researchers with their research interests. The data presented in various chapters will hopefully be useful for the readers.
