Abstract
To understand and curing human diseases biological network plays a significant role. It opens a new era on studying various human diseases. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) network is one vital factor which improving the cognition of biological organism. Moreover, various physiological activities inside the human body are liable for these interactions. In this work, a computational investigation has been done to understand PPI network from Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke and Epilepsy. Though this computation model total 8 common genes APOE, VEGFA, IL6, ADIPOQ, IL1B, PPARG, IGF1 and IL18 are observed. So, it can be anticipated that this work will give a great contribution in the arena of biological and biomedical sector.
