Abstract:

Quality is the essential part software development in the competitive market. Software requirement, design, coding and testing are playing an important role throughout the software development period. Saving at any of the developing stages will greatly reduce the total cost of software development. The key point of this paper is to detect and prevent of defects at earlier stages of software development with the cost control and make trade-off between the quality and the cost. The purpose of this paper is to provide a recommended process to develop software cost estimates for software managers and system engineers. The process is a simplified approach that should be followed by cost estimation professionals. Organization can reach their objectives by adjusting best balance between software quality and cost.

Abstract-

The application of computer system has now crossed many different fields. Software has become an essential part of many industrial, military and even commercial systems. We may find programs containing millions of lines of code in both microcomputers and supercomputers. Software reliability is an important research area because of safety critical system. In this paper, a model that can be used for software reliability prediction is explored. The proposed model is implemented using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and has been applied on a custom set of test data. It focused on a particular dataset behavior in predicting reliability. Focusing on a particular dataset behavior is performed to develop an accurate model since the recent work focused on developing a model which can be more accurate. We also build a SVM model to find the relationship between reliability and error rate.

Abstract
The most confronting factor in this modern era using a microprocessor is to save power. This paper has been worked on to study the comparison between power consumption and saves among different proposed buffer memory. It has already been proved that using different types of buffer memory at different level in general saves power consumption as different rate. Researchers have established the truth that more than 50% of the total power consumption of a microprocessor controlled devices is consumed by the memory. To enhance the future work and power conservation a brief comparative study have been done and the findings were practical and it is expected that this paper will guide into the track of further improvement for higher efficiency and low power consumption memory buffer.

Abstract
A lot of researches have been done by many years to analyze the effect of extremely low frequency (ELF) Electromagnetic fields (EMF) on human being, animals and plants. There are a lot of sources that can create ELF EMF such as power transmission and distribution lines house hold appliances and so on. This paper analyzes the comparison of the instrumentation for the production of Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) of cellular and power frequencies of 50Hz. To see how Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) affect the plant physiology, the instrumentation is essential for the experiment. The experiment was conducted in the Plant Physiology Labrotary, Department of Bio- Technology and Electronics Laboratory, Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, University of Development Alternative (UODA) in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UODA, Bangladesh during the period of 2008-2009.

Abstract—
Communication technology has advanced significantly over the last decade enabling people to communicate anytime from anywhere using a multiplicity of devices. However, the power of this advancement in communication technology has hardly been leveraged in health care industry. The purpose of this paper is to develop a blood donation service to assist in the management of blood donor records and ease/or control the distribution of blood in various parts of the country basing on the demands. The blood donation service in Bangladesh offers functionality to quick access to donor records collected from various parts of the country. It enables monitoring of the results and performance of the blood donation activity.

Abstract

This research paper concerns with effectiveness of IR-UWB signals can be analyzed using the recursive configuration of predictable TR and standard TR systems. This can be achieved by using IEEE 802.15.4a specification which is contrasted with predictable TR using BER which is thought to be quasi-static channel. However in case of standard TR system, its progression could be little bit changed. The matlab simulation evaluates the performance of the projected system is better than the performance of the traditional TR systems.

Abstract:
The consequential effect measurement of the absorption of electromagnetic energy on both individuals and electronic equipments is essential. Through out of this research, the electromagnetic emission on the human and electronic devices was examined with scientific experiments. According to this research experiment, model of human brain simulated with the effect of Electro Magnetic Field (EMF) was observed. The experiment was conducted in the Electronics Laboratory, Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering,
University of Development Alternative (UODA) in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UODA, Bangladesh during the period of 2008 and 2009. The outcomes of the paper are evaluated with the results of the literature studies; an excellent conformity is identified where it was observed that the EMF has effects on human body which varies with the different parts of the body.

Abstract:

Ever been a situation where a cyber crime investigation authority is searching for a convicted user who has allegedly done something illegal and the authority only can identify the system where from the crime is committed instead of having any information about the acquitted user exactly they are looking for. If we compare this scenario with our real world offenses that means the police has found the site where the crime is held but they have no idea or clue about the criminal. It should deserve a great concern that this type of thing is happening in our today‟s modern cyber world in each every day. We can easily find any system or network that is doing something offensive and fraud but it is not clear to us how we can find the acquitted user who has used that system to commit that fraud. We‟ve tried to find a solution towards a sound solution of the problem we‟ve been ever facing in our cyber world. In this paper we have proposed a smart input based user authentication method that can reduce online fraud in the cyber world.

Abstract
The Capacitor-Voltage (C-V) features of RF-MEMS switches have already been studied. This research paper examined how the humidity influences the performance of the electronic devices as well as helps to find out how C-V characteristic curve shifted depending upon humidity and dried atmosphere. The experiment was conducted in the Communication Laboratory, Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, University of Development Alternative (UODA) in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UODA, Bangladesh during the period January- May, 2009.
