The employment of contemporary telecommunications technologies like telemedicine and the internet necessitates to decline the centralization of the Bangladeshi’s public healthcare service, and to advance the access to specialty care in small-towns and rural localities. This paper presents a mobile medical data access system which can be used to exchange medical data between medical centers and a remote moving vehicle. The paper concludes with an elucidation of how the proposed approach can be used in telemedicine as a diagnostic tool, and can help to understand the requirements and capabilities for participating in next generation healthcare environments.
