Short Biography
Md. Zahid Hasan is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Daffodil International University. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, and his Ph.D. research was on analyzing the performance of the Decision support system under both risk and uncertainty. Dr Zahid has been constantly producing high-quality research and scholarly works in both national and international journals and conferences. He is very active in conducting multidisciplinary research. His research expertise includes machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, Bio-Informatics, image analysis, and decision theory. He is the director of the Health Informatics Research Lab (HIRL) in the department of CSE. He has published over 60 articles in high-ranking journals and conferences. He has obtained grant funding from Charles Darwin University, Australia.
