A virtual Meeting with the Research Coordinators of all academic departments of DIU was organized by the Division of Research, DIU on 8 June 2021 at 11 a.m. at Google Meet platform.

Honorable Vice-Chancellor (In-Charge), DIU chaired the meeting while Professor Dr. Md. Kabirul Islam, Director, Division of Research, DIU facilitated the meeting. Dr. Mohamed Emran Hossain, Director (Administration), DIU was also present in the meeting as a special invitee.

Honorable Vice-Chancellor (In Charge), DIU inaugurated the meeting and applauded various initiatives and endeavors taken by the Division of Research under the leadership of Director, Division of Research which is being recognized nationally and internationally. He also sought cooperation of all the research coordinators and faculty members to make those initiatives successful.

With the permission of the Chair, Professor Dr. Md. Kabirul Islam briefed the meeting regarding the recent research achievements and ongoing initiatives towards institutionalizing the research culture at DIU. He also informed the meeting regarding the positive mindset of DIU management to advance the quantity and quality of research as well as patronizing the practical problem solving research projects students, academic & non-academic staff of DIU.

Dr. Mohamed Emran Hossain, Director (Administration), DIU expressed his gratitude to the Division of Research and the research coordinators for their collaborative and dedicated efforts towards recent research and ranking achievements of DIU. He reassured all sorts of possible cooperation and assistance from DIU management in this regard.
