Md Monirujjaman holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). With a profound interest in food processing and extraction of compounds from various sources, he is driven by the desire to contribute to the advancement of food science and technology. Throughout his academic journey, Monirujjaman has demonstrated a strong dedication to research, exploring innovative methods for optimizing food processing techniques and extracting valuable compounds to enhance food quality and nutritional value. His expertise encompasses a range of areas including food preservation, product development, and quality assurance.
