I am Farzana Akter, currently doing my job as a lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering, DIU. I did Master of Science in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. I am passionate about finding practical solutions to food-related challenges .I am committed to enhancing food preservation and processing technologies through my research. I enjoy sharing my expertise with my students and try to make complex concepts understandable.
