Short Biography
Currently, I am serving as an Associate Professor and Head, the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, Daffodil International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh since January 2020. I finished my B.Sc. (Honours) and M.Sc. (Thesis) in Applied Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I completed a Ph.D. in Life Science from the College of Natural Sciences, Kyungpook National University, South Korea in June 2015. I worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in Hannam University, South Korea from September 2015 to December 2017. In January 2018, I was appointed as a Research Assistant Professor College of Natural Sciences, Kyungpook National University, South Korea. I was serving as Adjunct Faculty of the Institute of Leather Engineering & Technology, Faculty of Science, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. My current research interests is Heavy Metal Pollution, Public Health, Global Health, Food Adulteration, Food Toxicology, Human Nutrition, Environmental Pollution, Water Pollution, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, Thermodynamics, and Molecular Dynamics Simulation.
