The primary method of operation for the vehicle authorization system is the reading and processing of license plates. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is the name given to image processing technology that uses a vehicle's license plate to identify it. In this work, we aim to develop a reliable automatic authorized vehicle identification system that makes use of the license plate. This system is intended to be used in highly restricted military areas like the Supreme Court and Parliament as well as government administration and security control systems. The number plate region in an image is found using image segmentation, which is then used to extract the vehicle's number plate from the image. The highly trained neural network serves as the foundation for the recognition system. A database used for vehicle authorization contains the specific vehicle information.
