DIU-DoR Poster Presentation 2026: Where Young Minds Turn Research into Impact

 

Daffodil International University celebrated the power of young ideas as 122 brilliant student posters came to the stage at the DIU-DoR Poster Presentation 2026 organized by the Division of Research (DoR).

From environmental solutions to tech innovations, health insights to social change, students from six faculties shared research that matters. Each poster told a story of curiosity, effort, and hope for a better tomorrow.

The event unfolded across two vibrant venues at Knowledge Tower, DSC:

 

Student Lounge

Featuring 75 posters from:

* Faculty of Engineering (FE): 17 

* Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences (FHSS): 7 

* Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (FAgS): 12 

* Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship (FBE): 4 

* Faculty of Health & Life Sciences (FHLS): 35 

 

DIU Central Library

Featuring 47 dynamic posters from:

* Faculty of Science & Information Technology (FSIT): 47

Professor Dr. M. R. Kabir, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of DIU, visited both venues, engaging with young researchers and encouraging them to keep asking bold questions. "Your curiosity today shapes Bangladesh's tomorrow," he shared with participants.

At 2:00 PM, at the International Conference Hall, DoR hosted a Certificate Giving Ceremony to honor every participating student. The event was graced by:

* Professor Dr. S.M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Dean, FHLS 

* Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Dean, FSIT 

* Professor Dr. Liza Sharmin, Dean, FHSS 

* Professor Dr. Syed Mizanur Rahman, Associate Dean, FBE 

* Dr. Md. Kamrul Hossain, Additional Director, DoR 

* Dr. S.M. Saiful Hoque, Head, Department of Law 

* And other esteemed faculty leaders 

The ceremony concluded with a warm vote of thanks from Dr. Mahfuza Parveen, Director, Division of Research who praised the students' dedication and reminded everyone: "Research isn't just about answers, it's about learning to ask better questions. Today, you all did exactly that."
