Md. Jarif Mahbub earned his MS and BS degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science (INFS), University of Dhaka (DU) and is currently employed as a Lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering, Daffodil International University. He has spent the last few years working on evaluating various nutrition promoting projects encompassing ready-made garment workers and fresh market vendors. He specializes in data processing, statistical analysis, interpretation, and developing research proposals. His research interests include nutrition and hygiene knowledge, attitude, practice, and behavior (KAPB), diet quality, food security, nutritional status, and climate change.
