Abstract
Employee Engagement is the main factor in enterprise to achieve success. It also related to organization behavior. Enterprise performance relates to organization productivity, profits and customer satisfaction at the same time to overcome employee turnover. Employee commitment increases based on age, education, position, seniority and salary. Employee engagement provides potential approaches to improve workplace atmosphere for employee productivity. This research paper aimed at evaluating Employee Engagement and working to contribute suggest employee engagement in the organization Environment. In this paper, we proclaim to know the impact of demographics profile of an employee for engaging them with the organization to improve the productivity by applying better strategies. For improving employee engagement, some recommendations are suggested based on the collected data.
