In the rapidly changing sector of student transportation management, guaranteeing the safety, efficiency, and dependability of student commutes is critical for educational institutions and parents. To address these issues, we introduce the 'Guardian on Board' mobile application, a complex solution that combines IoT technologies and MQTT communication protocols to improve student transportation. This research paper describes the application's design, development, and implementation, which uses NFC-enabled POS machines and GPS monitoring to offer real-time student transportation updates. The system comprises mobile applications for both transportation professionals and guardians, a web-based registration and management platform, and sophisticated data collection and analysis capabilities. By providing real-time bus tracking, automated boarding and disembarking notifications, and efficient route management, the 'Guardian on Board' app promises to increase safety, transparency, and operational efficiency. This paper looks at the system's development methods, important functions, and possible influence on the student mobility ecosystem, with a focus on the practical implementation of IoT and MQTT technology in real-world applications.
