In the context of digital transformation, tailored learning and improvement of academic performance have become key for educational success. This paper proposes CourseSphere AI as a conceptual AI-driven platform designed to provide 24/7 academic-related query resolution, personalized learning paths, and integrated assignment support to transform the academic experience. CourseSphere AI aims to utilize LLM and cutting-edge AI algorithms to gather and analyze crucial information about student performance, schedule quizzes and exams, and offer real-time feedback through interactive quizzes and gamified learning modules. The design also includes emotional intelligence support to assist students with stress and mental well-being. A fundamental aspect of CourseSphere AI is the proposed integration with existing educational systems such as Blended Learning Center (BLC) and University ERP, which would enable a seamless flow of structured data to CourseSphere AI and automatic processing of that data to generate detailed reports for faculty to take targeted actions when necessary. On launching, the proposed work for CourseSphere AI could become an indispensable asset in contemporary education, with anticipated results showing notable gains in student engagement, learning retention, and ability development
