The tourism and aviation industry can heavily impact global crises, such as pandemics, natural disasters, geopolitical wars, and economic recessions. These issues not only halt a business, but also ensure a difficulty in survival and expansion in the future. This chapter explains the connection between aviation and tourism in crises concerning the pre-planning, response, and recovery models. It emphasizes the necessity of being prepared to overcome a disaster, collaboration with other stakeholders, and resilience adaptive processes. The findings clarify that we must have consolidated risk management agendas, policy-making flexibility, and technology-oriented answers to a more robust future and faster recovery. This paper contributes to the discussion of crisis management in the tourism and aviation sectors by providing policymakers, scholars, and individuals in the assistive business with facts and recommendations.
