In the digital era, academicians and professionals must integrate green concepts into supply chain management. This integration supports technology adoption, the circular economy, and organizational sustainability. The aim of this research is to explore the impact of green supply chain management (GSCM) on sustainable performance (SP), emphasizing the integration of the sequential mediation effect of technological capabilities (TAC) and circular economy practices (CEP). For analysis, this study has applied a structural equation modeling approach by using Smart PLS 4.0 based on the dynamic capabilities view and the Resource-Based view theory. The data was gathered using a survey method from 543 respondents from the garments industry of developing economies. The results proved that GSCM positively and significantly drive SP, also revealed that TAC and CEP partially mediated the relationship between GSCM and SP. Additionally, the study proved that TAC and CEP have a positive sequential mediating effect in the interlink between GSCM and SP. These insights can be useful for garment industry professionals, managers, practitioners, and policymakers who strategically want to integrate technology and green together to achieve sustainable competitive performance in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
